Die Navis F360 ist Endorfys unbeleuchtete und dezente 360-mm-AiO-Kühlung. In einem Kurztest klären wir, welches Leistungsplus man gegenüber dem 280-mm-Modell Navis F280 erwarten darf.

Gegen Ende des vergangenen Jahres hatten wir erst die 280mm Variante dieser AiO-Wasserkühlung im Test, jetzt bat mich der Hersteller auch noch die Version mit einem 360mm Radiator in die Rangliste aufzunehmen. Zuletzt konnte man ein ordentliches Gesamtpaket aus Kühlleistung, Verarbeitung und Garantielänge schnüren, jetzt soll es Sachen CPU-Temperatur nochmal ein wenig nachgebessert werden. Ob das klappt, lest ihr im nachfolgenden Artikel.

While the Endorfy Navis F360 may not claim the top spot on our performance charts, it delivers commendable overall performance. It competes quite well with the majority of 360 mm coolers and maintains relatively low noise levels. Though it is not as quiet as the Enermax LIQMAXFLO 360, it does come close. However, its more compact design in terms of radiator and fan thickness gives it the benefit of better compatibility with a wider range of cases. Also, the fans have a wide RPM range of 250-1800, meaning it operates more quietly at lower load levels with a custom fan profile. At max RPM, it reached 50 dBA, which is 5 or more dBA quieter than every other 360 mm AIO tested except for the Enermax which topped out at 48 dBA. Considering its noise output and performance, the Navis F360 is a well-balanced option for the majority of systems. It successfully handled a maximum heat load of 246.9 watts before thermal throttle on our AMD test setup and 334.3 watts on our Intel test setup. Suffice it to say it's a capable cooler all around. Regarding build quality, I have no significant complaints. The cooler arrived in excellent condition, and I found no issues with the mounting hardware, which was straightforward and easy to work with. While the manual is a bit simple I am more willing to give Endorfy a pass here since they actually include one, which is a practice that many brands neglect nowadays. Memory and graphics card clearance was perfect, and I also noticed no odd noises or gurgling from the pump. Other than that the absence of ARGB lighting could be a drawback for some, though others may appreciate the clean design aesthetic. I myself find the simplicity refreshing. I would also caution users to follow Endorfy's recommendation which is to install the cooler with the pump fittings and tubing facing the rear I/O, which isn't a problem in and of itself. This is due to the 460 mm tubing length which offers more than enough slack to make the installation easy regardless of your chassis' internal design. That was not the case on my F280 which has much shorter tubing. Still if you need to you can flip the pump around and have the tubing face the system memory easily enough at least on Intel systems since it does not impact performance on them, but on AMD systems, pump orientation can impact performance slightly, by around 1-2°C. While it will not impact reliability in any way it's still advisable to install the pump with the tubing facing the motherboard's rear VRM heatsink in order to get the best possible performance. The biggest drawback of the Endorfy Navis F360 has nothing to do with the cooler itself and is instead a matter of availability. While it is available in Europe and other markets the cooler isn't typically available in the United States from your typical e-tailers and is instead only available via third parties at inflated prices. Hopefully Endorfy can improve availability in various markets sooner rather than later. Overall the Endorfy Navis F360 is an affordable no-frills all-in-one liquid cooler that hits many of the right notes. It offers clean looks and solid performance making it an easy cooler to recommend for those wanting something a little less eye catching.

In der Vergangenheit hatte wir hier schon mehrfach Kühler und Peripherie von SilentiumPC beziehungsweise SPCGear im Test, meistens konnte diese sogar in Sachen Preis/Leistung gut abschneiden. Mit guten Reviews und Preisen im Gepäck konnte man so nach und nach immer mehr Erfolge auf dem Markt erreichen, sodass jetzt unter neuem Namen eine Expansion in den internationalen Raum gewagt wird. Wie sich die erste AiO-Wasserkühlung der „Navis“-Reihe so schlägt, das testen wir in diesem Artikel.

Endorfy startet als neue Marke - und das gerade mit den optisch besonders unauffälligen Navis-F-Modellen. Der Hersteller wird in Zukunft sicher aber auch Produkte anbieten, die mehr auffallen. So hat man mit dem Fluctus 140 PWM ARGB bereits einen A-RGB-Lüfter angeboten. In der aktuellen Marktsituation ist es aber durchaus bemerkenswert, wenn eine neue AiO-Kühlung einmal ohne RGB-Beleuchtung erscheint. Denn nach wie vor wird es auch für solche Produkte einen Käuferkreis geben. Das gilt umso mehr, weil die Endorfy Navis F280 großteils überzeugen kann. Endorfy setzt mit den Fluctus 140 PWM stimmige 140-mm-Lüfter ein, die einen breiten Regelbereich und einen Lüfterstopp bieten. Die AiO-Kühlung insgesamt bietet eine gute Kühlleistung - und das auch, obwohl wir die Kühler-Pumpen-Einheit nicht mit der empfohlenen Ausrichtung montieren konnten. Hier sind wir aber auch beim größten Kritikpunkt: Dass SilentiumPC eine Ausrichtung vorsieht, bei der die seitlich sitzenden Schläuche in Richtung der Spannungswandler und nicht zur den RAM-Slots ragen (auf den Mainstream-Plattformen), kann schnell zu Kompatibilitätsproblemen führen. Die Montage ist prinzipiell aber unkompliziert gelöst. Dabei fallen auch die vormontierten und vorverkabelten Lüfter positiv auf. Die Pumpe kann zwar per PWM-Signal geregelt werden, nach unseren Eindrücken kann aber keine Umdrehungszahl ausgelesen werden. Entsprechend unklar ist, wo man sich innerhalb des von Endorfy angegebenen Drehzahlbereichs gerade befindet. Dass die Pumpe sich überhaupt regeln lässt, ist in dieser Preisklasse aber ein klarer Pluspunkt. Weil auch die Lüfter weit heruntergeregelt werden können, lässt sich der Schallpegel auf ein angenehmes Niveau absenken. Ganz so leise wie eine be quiet! Silent Loop 2 280mm konnten wir die Navis F280 aber nicht betreiben. Die Navis F280 gehört bei einem Preis von knapp unter 100 Euro zu den günstigeren AiO-Kühlungen mit 280-mm-Radiator. Das angesprochene be quiet!-Modell kostet hingegen über 120 Euro. Günstiger als die Navis F280 wäre alternativ eine Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280, die ebenfalls unbeleuchtet ist. Wir haben die kleinere (und noch günstigere) Liquid Freezer II 240 getestet. Alle Liquid-Freezer-II-Modelle bieten als Besonderheit einen Zusatzlüfter auf der Kühler-Pumpen-Einheit, der den Bereich um den CPU-Sockel mitkühlt. Auch das Kabelmanagement gehört zu den Stärken dieser Serie. Kritisiert haben wir allerdings, dass Lüfter und Pumpe nur über Umwege getrennt voneinander gesteuert werden können. Zudem ist die Optik Geschmackssache. Wer auf der Suche nach einer unbeleuchteten AiO-Kühlung ist, erhält mit der Endorfy Navis F280 letztlich ein relativ ausgewogenes Modell zu einem fairen Preis.

Overall the Endorfy Navis F280 is a truly exceptional all-in-one liquid cooler that hits all the right notes. It offers clean looks and remarkable performance while also being great value. Thus I have no issues recommending it to anyone looking for a 280 mm liquid cooler.

Some will undoubtedly praise the ENDORFY Navis F280 as being a sleek and stylish AIO liquid cooler which offers high levels of cooling performance with a low acoustic output. And, in fairness, I would too. – Strictly in terms of its cooling performance, the ENDORFY Navis F280 is unquestionably a great AIO solution. My only real criticism is that in terms of just doing something to make it stand out from the pack, the ENDORFY Navis F280 commits the crime of being, well… A bit boring. And I don’t say that to unnecessarily dump on it as I’ve typically had nothing but praise for SilentiumPC (and now ENDORFY) products. I don’t think it’s unfair to say though that outside of those highly distinctive Fluctus fans, this does just have a bit of a generic appearance about it which is sad given how absolutely amazing this is at its actual job!
