The Huawei Watch 5 is a sleek, health-focused smartwatch that’s edging closer to true all-in-one status. With standout sensors, sharp design and proactive tracking, it’s easily Huawei’s best wearable yet. It’s not perfect, but if you want a smart health companion without the Apple tax, this is worth a look.

There are plenty of impressive specs that help keep the Huawei Watch 5 competitive from a health and fitness point of view, but it’s hard to get over the high price and limited app support. With its stunning design, though, the Watch 5 arguably looks good enough to fend off criticism for anyone taken by its design, especially considering its excellent battery life.

Huawei’s latest flagship smartwatch doubles down on exquisite design and a deep suite of native health features, spearheaded by the new X-Tap sensor. The Watch 5 is a testament to the brand's hardware prowess, boasting a stunning screen and impressive battery life. However, its brilliance is still dimmed by a limited app ecosystem and some quirks in its advanced health tracking. It's a highly capable fitness and health tracker in a premium watch's body, but one that continues to ask for more compromises than competitors.

The Huawei Watch 5 is another solid Huawei smartwatch that further enhances its health tracking powers, though it should've also focused on improving features that still need some work.
