Das Galaxy S10+ ist ein exzellentes Smartphone, ohne Zweifel. Für Extras wie die kratzfeste Rückseite, müsst ihr aber im Vergleich zum S10 wesentlich mehr Geld zusammenkratzen. Einen ähnlich großen Mehrwert konnten wir dafür im Test nicht ausmachen. Wer nicht im Geld schwimmt, dürfte mit dem Galaxy S10 aus unserer Sicht genau so gut bedient sein. Und selbst wenn ihr bereit seid, über 1.000 Euro für ein Handy zu bezahlen, solltet ihr euch gut überlegen, ob ihr es in das Galaxy S10+ investiert, denn im Sommer wird Samsung mit dem S10 5G ein deutlich innovativeres Handy in den Handel bringen.

The Galaxy S10 Plus is a very good smartphone despite not being a huge upgrade from the S9 Plus. The cut-out front cameras are no bother and the display is absolutely the best on the market. It's packed with premium features. Samsung's One UI skin is a huge improvement on anything it has done before and this phone is pretty much the most premium Android phone on the market. Unfortunately battery life on the Exynos model is poor and the new ultra-wide-angle camera won’t excite everyone.

I still remember the day when I saw a Galaxy S phone for the first time. It was all the way back in 2010: when MP3 players were still a thing, 4G phones were a rarity, and I had just beaten Plants vs Zombies on my 9-inch netbook. Indeed, this is a phone built for anyone who demands the very best – and doesn't mind spending a $1000 on getting it. But should you get one? I spent over a week with the Galaxy S10+ to find out.

The Galaxy S10+ is exactly what you’d expect out of Samsung’s tenth flagship handset. After all, the company’s been making these for a decade, and knows what works. The S10+ is a winning mix of powerful performance, long-lasting battery, stunning display and capable cameras. There’s also a welcome software overhaul and the ability to wirelessly charge compatible devices, making this a surprisingly useful handset. You’ll have to live with minor quirks like an inconsistent fingerprint sensor, lousy AR emoji and a subpar digital assistant, but none of those keep the S10+ from being an ultimately superb phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S10+ follows many current technology trends and integrates them successfully into a well-rounded package, but it falls just short of being the smartphone to beat in 2019.

The Galaxy S10 Plus is Samsung's new 'everything phone' for 2019, helping disrupt the sameness of the last few generations of Samsung handsets. Its 6.4-inch screen is so big it displaces the front camera, while its triple-lens rear camera can take ultra-wide photos. And though you can’t see them, the in-screen fingerprint sensor is hidden feature for you, while Wireless PowerShare is a perk for your battery-drained friends. It has a lot of nifty features – just know Samsung is asking for a lot of money, too.
