XPG is one of the best gaming brands out there, and while its roots may be firmly planted in the world of high-end storage and memory products, ADATA’s premium gaming brand, XPG has certainly built a solid reputation of its own. They’ve created some truly stunning PC cases too, such as the XPG Defender Pro, the XPG Battlecruiser, and the XPG Invader. They’re all high-end PC gaming-focused cases, brimming with the latest features, and I’m hoping the new Starker can keep up the same pace as its predecessors, as well as all these other awesome XPG products we’ve seen in the last couple of years.

Today on the review table is the XPG Starker. A compact and versatile mid-tower chassis. While it is the smallest case offered by ADATA’s gaming division, XPG, there is still plenty of space for a multitude of components and various configurations. This is due to intelligently designed features and multipurpose plates included with the Starker. Overall, the Starker is a simple yet sleek looking case in a compact ATX tower. As more people are tuning into smaller computer cases, a case like the Starker is definitely one to consider. It leaves a small footprint and has plenty of cooling options for both air and water cooling for the average PC gamer. It does come ready to cool out of the box with two 120mm fans. This can be an attraction for those looking into building their first gaming PC.

The XPG Starker is an interesting case in more than one way. It is a bit taller than traditional mid-tower cases to give you room for potent liquid cooling in the ceiling without much compromise. On top of that, the front is built well, further adding to the sturdy feel with its magnetic metal front cover while being well engineered both functionally and visually. The ability to pull up its dust filter is great for removal and cleaning, while the two ARGB strips feel very much a part of the design instead of simply an afterthought.
