techpowerup.com: Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Jetstream OC Review 0 Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Jetstream OC Review (translate)Palit's RTX 4070 Ti Super JetStream OC is priced at NVIDIA MSRP of $800, yet it still comes with a small factory overclock of 30 MHz or 1.1%—nothing worth mentioning, and no way you'd ever notice it subjectively. Averaged over the 25 games in our test suite, at 1440p, we find the card only 6% faster than RTX 4070 Ti non-Super, which is much less than expected. At 4K, the gains are slightly bigger with 9%, but it's definitely not the 15%+ jump that we got with the RTX 4070 Super. Still, these gains help make up ground against AMD's RX 7900 XT, which still remains 4% faster in a pure raster scenario. Compared to last generation's flagship, the RTX 3090 Ti, the new Super card can beat it by a small margin of 4%, which is still impressive. You're basically getting last gen's x90 Ti performance with the x70 Ti Super. Compared to RTX 4070 Super, the performance uplift is 13% and the new card is 33% faster than the RTX 4070 non-Ti non-Super, too. The fastest card from Team Red, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX, is still 18% ahead, 22% at 4K—RTX 4080 Super is designed to rival this card.

For the discerning gamer who didn't rush out to grab NVIDIA's RTX 40-series GPUs over the last few years, the company's new Super cards are genuinely compelling. They all deliver far more power than before — so much so that the $599 RTX 4070 Super is actually a decent 4K gaming card. But the $999 RTX 4080 Super is also a solid deal for power-hungry gamers, since it's $200 less than the original 4080. Between those two cards, NVIDIA now has desirable upgrade options for mid-range and high-end gamers.
