Thermaltake Argent M5 RGB Gaming Mouse, schwarz, USB

Just over the past couple of years, gaming mice have come a long way. More and more flexible cables, lower weight, better feet, 8000 Hz polling, low-latency wireless—the list of improvements is long. The Thermaltake ARGENT M5 RGB, on the other hand, seems like it's still stuck in 2016. Though not a bad mouse per se, it fails to leave an impression in today's ever more competitive market.

Stylish mouse that is not just good for gaming! Today we are testing the Argent M5 RGB, a new gaming mouse from Thermaltake, who are well-known among gamers for their extensive product portfolio. Today we take a look at the features of the Argent M5 RGB mouse and test how it performs.

The Thermaltake Argent M5 RGB Gaming Mouse is a compelling mid-range gaming option thanks to its true ambidexterity, attractive lighting and solid build.

At nearly half the price of the wireless model, the ARGENT M5 is a no-brainer. The wireless model is a fantastic mouse, it really is, but this wired model is much cheaper, lighter, has a better sensor and even more RGB, so I love it even more! Highly recommended, snap one up before it’s out of stock or they put the price up!

If you’re left handed then you’ve probably realized that the struggle is real when trying to find an adequate mouse. Well I have good news for you, the Thermaltake ARGENT M5 Wireless RGB Gaming Mouse is ready and waiting!

Thermaltake has a long history when it comes to its gaming hardware. I think some of my earliest reviews here at eTeknix were actually Thermaltake gaming mice and keyboards. However, their latest series promise to be their best gaming peripherals to date, and with that in mind, I have pretty high expectations of them! We kick things off today with the ARGEN M5 Wireless, which offers an impressive range of features and hardware, that should make it competitive with the best from any other brand on the market today.

The latest additions to the Thermaltake range come in the form of their Argent peripherals, with a K5 keyboard we'll review separately, and two mice, the Argent M5 and Argent M5 wireless which we're reviewing today. Thermaltake have also sent us their Argent MB1 mouse bungee. If you've not experienced a mouse bungee before then it is transformative on wired mice, giving you all the benefits of a permanent connection, and all the freedom of a wireless.
